  • Debbie Wog

    Pilates Instructor

    Debbie is a Certified Balanced Body Pilates Instructor; having completed training in Mat Pilates, Reformer and Arc in 2008. In addition, Debbie has completed 200-RYT yoga training. She is an AFAA certified Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer, certified in TRX, Body Pump and Indoor Cycling. Debbie holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Arizona State University and is currently pursuing a doctorate in Physical Therapy. In addition to teaching fitness classes, she works as a Physical Therapy technician in Moore. Debbie has competed in marathons and triathlons for over ten years, having completed over a dozen full marathons and many full and half Ironman triathlon distances. Due to the demands that these sports have on the body, Debbie has been passionate about the importance of proper alignment and body mechanics that can be achieved through Pilates. Debbie is married to her wonderful husband, Scott, and has two adult children, Morgan and Travis.

    Pilates Instructor

    Patti is an Executive Assistant for MidFirst Bank by day and a group fitness instructor by night. She has always been very athletic and enjoyed making many new friends. She became a group fitness instructor several years ago (as she might say, "well maybe many years ago"), because it was a good balance to keep her active, meet new people, get away from the computer, and hopefully help make a difference in someone's life. Throughout the years, she has received many certifications, i.e. AFAA Group Fitness, YogaFit, NETA Certified Personal Trainer, Zumba/Zumba Gold, Schwinn Spin Bike, Les Mills CXWorxs, and at one point became the owner and personal trainer of Breath Body Fitness Personal Training Studio.

  • Tanya Northcutt

    Pilates Instructor

    Tanya has over 30 years of teaching and training experience. During her early years, she was injured and retired from competitive racquetball at the age of 21. After years of discomfort, she was introduced to alternative movement methods, such as: Pilates, Yoga, and The Gyrotonic Method. She received several Pilates Mat certifications, as well as, a full comprehensive apparatus Pilates certification through the Physicalmind Institute. Also, she is certified in The Gyrotonic Method, The Gyrotonic Specialized Equipment, and Thai Bodywork. She is highly skilled in myofascial release and neuromuscular therapy. She has traveled and trained with some of the best master trainers, kinesiologists, and therapists in the world. On a personal note, for over 15 years she has co-owned a movement studio with her sister, Rhonda. So whether you are an athlete, dancer, or someone who wants to wake up without aches and pains, Tanya loves helping people move with more efficiently and have a better quality of life.

    Pilates Instructor and Owner

    Allie started her journey with Pilates about 2 years ago and absolutely fell in love. She loved the way her body felt. She suffers from scoliosis and was plagued with daily, chronic back and hip pain- little did she know, Pilates was her answer. So, she wanted to learn more. Allie came across a business called Club Pilates and felt a calling to bring this form of fitness to the heart of Moore and South Oklahoma City. Having been a lifetime "south-sider" herself, she was tired of always traveling far north or far south to find the things she was looking for. Allie has a background in nursing, specifically ER, and has made that her career for the past 10 years. Allie continues to work as an ER nurse at the VA hospital. Allie felt like Pilates was a perfect fit with her lifestyle and her desire to serve individuals and ultimately help them live a healthier lifestyle. As she made the decision to move forward and open a Club Pilates in our community- she also made the decision to become a Comprehensively Certified Pilates Instructor. Allie completed her certification through the Club Pilates Teacher Training Program. Allie is married to her husband Scott and has a daughter named Gentry and a son named Mason. Allie loves what she does and is so happy she made this life changing decision. She continues to learn and grow every day.

    Pilates Instructor

    Rhonda Northcutt, a lifelong resident of Moore,Oklahoma, has a passion for living up to her highest potential. This inspires her to remain humble with a deep commitment to her own personal growth. Rhonda shares her love for the outdoors with her husband of 22 years. Rhonda has also, for over 15 years, co-owned a movement studio with her sister, Tanya. In a fitness market that seems eternally hungry for new ways to hone and tone the body, Rhonda embraces her daily opportunities, along Club Pilates, to help educate people on the benefits of smart exercise. Today Rhonda combines 30+ years of education in Pilates, Yoga, Gyrotonic, Gyrokenesis and Thai Body Work to help motivate and inspire people to passionately obtain sound movement patterns. Enjoy a private or semi private session with Rhonda and find new ways to move your body- may it be- functional, athletic, dance, disabilities or injuries- she can help.

    Pilates Instructor

    Shannon has always been an advocate for an active and healthy lifestyle from fitness to overall health care and wellness. Shannon graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene, and also studied Fitness/Exercise Management at the University of Central Oklahoma years prior. Shannon has worked part-time in the fitness industry for over 26 years and finds genuine joy in encouraging and empowering others to meet their goals in mind, body and spirit. Shannon began her journey at Club Pilates in Moore as a student and found a great desire to become a Certified Instructor. She has completed her coursework through Club Pilates in Mat, Reformer, EXO Chair, Cadillac, Ladder Barrel and Spine Corrector. She’s thrilled for this new journey and the opportunity to share her passion with others.
